Terms of Service

Plain-English summary: use it fairly, pay your subscription, and your data stays yours to export or delete. Cancel any time.

These terms govern your use of Workshop Pilot, provided by Eric Kojadelian, ABN 88 497 680 345, based in Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Workshop Pilot is software for jewellers that provides quoting, proposals, job tracking, client management, repairs and invoicing. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must give accurate information when you sign up, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Free trial, subscription and billing

  • New studios start with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
  • After the trial, the subscription is A$49 per month or A$500 per year (prices in Australian dollars). Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
  • If a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only: your data stays safe and you can still view and export it, but adding or editing needs an active subscription.
  • We may change pricing in future; we will give reasonable notice before a change affects you.

Your data and content

The data you put into Workshop Pilot, such as your clients, jobs, quotes and invoices, is yours. You are responsible for it and for having the right to use it. You can export it at any time, there is no lock-in, and you can ask us to delete it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Workshop Pilot lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store or send unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Availability

We work to keep Workshop Pilot available and reliable, and we take automatic backups, but the service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend keeping your own exported copies of important records.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. You may close your account and export your data whenever you wish. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
