Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Workshop Pilot ("we", "us"), operated by Eric Kojadelian, ABN 88 497 680 345, based in Australia, handles your information when you use the Workshop Pilot application and website. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide when you sign up, such as your name, email address and studio details.
- The data you enter into the app, such as your clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, pricing and images. This is your business data; we store it so the app works for you.
- Billing information when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Technical and usage data, such as log and device information, used to run and improve the service and keep it secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, to process your subscription, to provide support, to keep the service secure, and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information or your business data, and we do not use your clients' details for our own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for the database and Vercel for hosting) and is transmitted over encrypted connections. Each studio's data is logically isolated so one studio cannot access another's.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run Workshop Pilot, and only for that purpose. These include Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (sending email such as sign-up confirmations). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your data is yours
You can export your invoices and data at any time, and there is no lock-in. If you close your account, you can take your data with you, and you can ask us to delete it.
Cookies
The app uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use them to track you across other websites.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
